Dear Partners,

At the heart of our current journey is the development of our new Ezihealth CRM and software suite set to debut at the ACCPA National Conference with an industry specific sales CRM (free of charge) with efficient pre-sales CRM reporting and a streamlined daybook with essential task management. Added to that is a cutting-edge clinical linking person centred care planning to front line progress reporting and back into outcomes underscoring our commitment to upholding Quality Standards for Client Management and Clinical Governance while making your tasks and management reporting easier.

And to ensure you have the best assistance I’m delighted to introduce Jules Grange, our new Sales and Solutions Manager at Ezihealth, bringing a wealth of clinical expertise in Hospital and Home Care arenas’ tied to  commercial understanding.

Over the last few years we have seen a lot of changes in the Healthcare landscape in Australia. Everything I have seen leads me to believe that this is driving the industry towards ever increasing compliance and governance both clinically and in business management. Sometimes it is hard to tell the difference on a day to day basis and we don’t believe you should have to. Why should you need different tools to manage the two? Ezihealth has spent the last two years focused on building towards this improved compliance and governance both in our own business and in the software we are working with and where we have found gaps we are now building it for ourselves. This is why we are thrilled to release our new Ezihealth Solution. While we are very pleased with what the first release will offer you, we are definitely not stopping there.

So where are we starting and why?


Over the last few years I have been regularly asked to provide work arounds so that you can manage prospective clients in the various simple sales cycles that are appropriate to the industry without you having to access large and expensive CRMs. So this is where we started, a basic CRM focused on the Home Care, NDIS and wider health sectors, with all the things you need and not the things you don’t. Simply add prospects, manage the tasks, communication and reporting associated with maintaining your relationship and contact without unnecessary additional time. 

Our CRM supports integration to your Care Management processes and third party software. Our main focus of the release is our CRM focused on person centred Clinical Care, with modules allowing you to capture & track clinical observations, create complex Care Plans & Assessments linked simply to the progress reporting done by your front line staff.  So your teams know exactly what is required at all times, allowing you to easily report on outcomes and remain compliant.

The core of the system is a centralised database integrated to all our partner options and we are happy to integrate to any others. Over the next few months we will then create the customised reporting you need to meet your Quality Standard goals, link client communications by email and phone directly to individual client profiles, link the quoting and service schedules into the person centred care planning and provide you with the notifications you need to get your work done when it is required to be done.

Without always having to be monitoring what the next job is because we will do that for you. Not only that but we will be able to prove you have done it: it is not compliant unless you can prove it.
